This restaurant has a neat atmosphere, all woodsy and decorated with bears. Although there are lots of people eating there I cannot see why. Ive eaten there three times, to give the food a chance, thinking maybe something else was good. Last night I ordered the whitefish dinner and calamari appitizer. The appetizer was $7.95, and like 15 pieces. It was ok. The fish had cream cheese and some cracker crumbs on top, on the side mashed potatoes and veggies. The fish tasted awful. I made a face with the first bite, potatoes I could have made better myself and the veggies weren't cooked all the way. Not to mention mixed drinks were $5. My boyfriends meal was a buffalo burger and fries, which he didnt like either. So two meals that tasted aweful, appetizer, 2 beers and 2 mixed drinks came to $50. We also had 3 different servers. They couldn't figure out who had the table. I will not go back there again. Thanks for reading.

I love the decor but the food is just allright. I probably would not go back again. I had the white fish and it was not that great.

My family enjoys the setting. It feels like you should be sitting next to a lake. Rustic and relaxed! We have been to the lodge a number of times and the food and service are always wonderful!! Friendly and clean...even the bathroom!
